Prepare for Your Mountain Adventure
- Gear & Rentals: Don’t worry about bringing your own equipment. I can take you to the best rental shops in Gudauri where you can get high-quality skis, snowboards, and helmets at local prices.
- What to Wear: Even on sunny days, the mountain air is chilly! I recommend “layers”—a waterproof jacket, warm gloves, and sunglasses are essential. The sun is very strong on the white snow, so don’t forget your sunblock!
- Not a Skier? No Problem! Gudauri isn’t just for pros. You can take the “Gondola” (cable car) to the very top just for the views, enjoy a hot Georgian wine at a mountain-view café, or try a snowmobile safari across the plateau.
